The Secretariat

The Secretariat is the implementing organ of NANHRI. It is based in Nairobi, Kenya, hosted by the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights.

Among other issues, the Secretariat develops and implements annual work plans, budgets and reports to the Steering Committee and the General Assembly.

The Secretariat has a staff compliment of about 10 professionals comprising the Executive Director program officers, finance officer, admin officer, communications and advocacy advisor as well as program and finance assistants
